Hey guys and girls I am coding a dropper for meterpreter etc using shellcode injection , my code is somewhat similar to this

my problem is that when createprocess() initializes explorer.exe the injection fails
also although it works with shellcode that executes notepad when using nslookup.exe as a process to create, meterpreter dies for some reason , I think maybe it has to do with the parent process dying but I am not sure how to fix this.
Help is appreciated cauz im going to break my head on the wall.
