Hello,

I would like to create an email account using "hotmail.fr", this is currently not possible because Microsoft disabled this feature, and only allows to create an outlook.fr, or hotmail.com account, but I would like to create one with domain hotmail.fr thanks!

If they disable it then there is no way you can create legit email from hotmail with .fr domain

However there is another way not legit but you can search "sendgrid" it will let you create the email with any domain.
Sends email from his own server, below is analysis.

PHP Code

<?php
@sendgrid.net; spf=none smtp.help=postmaster@wrqvczks.outbound.mail.sendgrid.net; header.i=@sendgrid.net
