A user on here bought my IG bot, but the contract says it's "Incomplete" and the only option it gives me or the other user is "open a dispute", we don't have the option to mark it as complete or cancel it. Therefor, we cannot start another contract for the next deal for my other bot we're about to do.

Last month he was going to buy my bot, I accepted the contract, and he ended up buying it a month later but now the contract is stuck as incomplete so we can't mark it as complete or create a new one.

It's not broken. It expired. You started the deal June 3rd and whatever the contract timeout you set has elapsed so the contract expired.
EDIT: In your case, you set the contract to timeout after 14 days.

But what I'm saying is the contract timed out, so it should be done with and over with right? But I still can't open a new contract with the user because it says this contract is still active.

edit: not sure if you changed something but it's working now. When I tried before making this thread I kept getting errors and it gave me a link to that contract and said it was active. everything is working now
