That shouldn't be the problem. Are you sure that you are using the correct IP for the slaves to connect to?

Sounds like a port forwarding issue in my opinion, post your settings.

im having the same exact issue as OP. have made exceptions for my port as TCP and UDP, port forwarded on with my isp and port forwarded on nvpn, but no connections besides my own pc

try disabling windows defender and that might fix it. Ive noticed even with some files added to exclusions (not async specifically as i havent tested it) they will run but not connect for some reason, disabling it all together fixed my issue

ı think there is a problem on portforwarding. you can use vpn to solace but first of all check your modems and pc firewall..

That is the problem. You should use your Public IP address when building.

Have you been able to fix this problem OP by using your ip address from https://whatismyipaddress.com ?

I would obviously suggest use a VPN with portforwarding to mitigate your risks when Ratting.
