Friend of mine is using something called "Valspoof" just look on epvp and you should find it.
I don't use it myself, but he told me it works and right now I think its the only working spoofer.
It starts with your PC aka before Vanguard, you need to judge the safety of that yourself, but I mean your already installing a Chinees rat so why not add another one xd
