You won't be able to generate a valid hash/signature unless you obtain the issuers private key (all that is in this code is the public key). It is however possible to modify the code in many different ways to circumvent the cryptographic data validation.

This is useless without the username and/or email which is all part of the signed data. I even went ahead and repacked it into a KeePass plugin file for you. https://www.mediafire.com/file/4iop3t36c...k.zip/file

This was a simple method patch with dnspy honestly, sometimes you just have to go about things with a different perspective.
