Is it possible to implement a chat spam filter in the public HF convo chat.
Example: 4x same message being sent in a row = 1 warning and a 2 minute timeout, second warning = 10 minute timeout, third warning = 1 hour timeout. (All messages except for chat commands.) Warnings can then re-set every hour. I'm not sure how exactly it would be implemented, but a lot of the people that use convo's get annoyed by new members that come in the chat and spam. Perhaps convo moderators, or something else could work as well.
