Do you know how to set a reminder so that you can be notified about a thread automatically at a date you choose?

(click the gear)

I think it’s good for giveaways to remind you to go back and close and roll the thread or whatever you might be doing

I didn’t know about this. I knew you could subscribe to a thread to be notified about new posts, but didn’t know you could set an alert for a later date. Is this a MyBB feature, or one built custom for HF?

It's been around for a few months.

Custom built. Entire notification system is 100% custom built for HF.

MyBB does have a default thread subscription system though, doesn’t it? Or is that email only?

I've known about it for a bit, but I feel like if I check back in a few months the thread will already be semi-dead and I don't want to bump dead threads.
