Looking for a workaround to see what IP Address an email (Gmail specifically) was sent from. The old method seemed to use the full header, but nowadays 99% of Gmail headers only display a filtered Google IP address in Kansas or California. Looking for a way to get past that.
Explanation for those who give a shit on if I have ethical intentions or not: I have a sibling who had an explicit email sent out from their personal Gmail. They claim it isn't them and that it was an asshole classmate who had their login info. I just want to want to see what IP address the specific email was sent from; if the IP is unknown then they are telling the truth, otherwise they are lying. Just wanting to get to the bottom of that.
IP Login tracking for the Gmail account wasn't active so I couldn't use that. Same goes for "known devices". Any possible solutions or input would be greatly appreciated.
