Why the fuck cant I send any fucking money with my paypal?!??!?! I just sent like 300$, to my friend, he refunded me, and now I cant send ANY MONEY TO ANYONE

When you link cards, your bank, then ID & SSN verify and they still perma limit you and then delete your account and tell you you need to subpoena them if you want to know why they deleted your account

Paypal customer service was pretty hard to reach pre-covid, now it's even worse. If you manage to phone them or live chat with an employe, that's the only hope to get a decent support.
