I would add "Nvpn.net" onto the list, used it for years and it is very reliable. It is extremely stable and does not eat up any bandwidth or slows down the speed of my internet.

[censored], I don't trust them due to their aggressive marketing campaign. [censored], I won't recommend, due to bad experiences with slow servers and a terrible desktop application. SurfShark I can't comment on, I have not used it before; thus, I can not suggest it. ExpressVPN is an excellent VPN, but I would not pick it over others I've been using.

I would go with Private Internet Access, Mullvad VPN, or Tor Guard.
There are many VPNs out there, and my experiences might not match others, so don't just take my word for it.

Windscribe vpn been using for the last year and is the cheapest and extremely fast. You can pay in BTC and be totally anonymous with your sign in I only pay $2 btc a month for my home country which is $1 and unlimited data which is another $1

Same here. nVPN.net needs to be on that poll, it's serving me good since 8 years now, reliable, trustful and so on.

It all comes down to why you need a vpn and what you do with the vpn.

If you do legal stuff, then more or less any in the poll or mentions in this thread will do.
If you however do stuff that is gray/dark side of the legal side of view then you need a VPN who do not store any logs or any information in any way.
Now there is a few who does this and has been proven in court such as pia for an example.
