I have an old iphone 6S that is great, but the speakers are crap. I missed a very important phone call this morning thanks to this, and I need a solution. Objective is simple: I need to wake up when my phone rings in the morning with >99% success rate.
Tried hooking it up to a large BT speaker but it didn't route the audio from the phone call to the speaker for some retarded reason. Need tips asap, I'm getting a new phone yes.

Adjust your sleeping hours to a normal schedule that people would call? lol

They call between 06:45 and 08:00. It’s not a 100% guarantee that they call so it’s a waste to get up at 06:45 each day, but I will now until I have solved this.

Have you considered something like a google home? Either that or some speaker that has an AUX cord and plug it in directly. Preferably one with an AC supply that wont turn off over a period of time.

What about a cheap smartwatch? My brother had one that vibrated when someone called. I can ask him which one it was if you want.

Have it as close to your head as your can or sleep with earbuds so you’ll hear the calling fr fr.

Now smartwatch looks little bit more useful in my eyes. Thanks ^^
If you have really important calls / business and your phone is old, wouldn't it be ideal to finally upgrade?

Get a new phone?
Hook up an external sound source (i.e speaker, etc.)
Desktop notifications for calls that you can hook up to a speaker and/or a smart watch that is able to accept the calls?
I mean, you could just get a normal alarm watch for 5$ from a general store? :P
If not, then buying a cheap smart watch that vibrates when you get a call or hook it to a big speaker(none bluetooth)
Good deeds make a long distance.
Buy this and plug your iPhone into it and turn the volume to max

I was keep my phone under my pillow before I sleep so I don't miss any calls. The vibration wakes me up all the time.

do you have alarm set on your ios?
