Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why does delivery take so long?
A: The answer is quite simple, I'm not going to copy-paste your store. It takes a lot of time and effort for me to create a brand, write copywriting, and handle the graphics, which is a good thing because that means that while others are creating the same stores over and over again I build a unique store that fits your business perfectly.

Q: How does payment work?
A: I only accept PayPal F&F (Friends and Family) and cryptocurrency. You have to send the full payment (no 50/50) because I'm already extremely reputable on the site without any disputes and negative b-rating. In short, there's no real reason why I should accept 50/50.

Q: How will I receive the store?
A: I'll transfer the ownership of the store to you via my Shopify Partners dashboard. After transferring the store I won't have access to the admin panel anymore and you'll need to pay for a plan ($29/month).

Q: Do you provide any revisions for the store?
A: Of course! Just let me know what you don't like and I'll change it/remove it. Unlike a lot of other freelancers I won't leave you unsatisfied and therefore I offer unlimited revisions, which means that changes to the store come included with no additional cost at all.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No refunds are being made after the payment unless it took me more than 10 days to deliver your store.

• Charging back the payment will result in a store deletion, even if I don't have the password to your store I can contact Shopify Partners to delete your store due to scamming. A deal dispute will be opened on you as well.
  
• You have to understand that I have a personal life as well, so spamming my Skype/Discord/Telegram or disrespecting me as a seller will result in the end of the deal. I'm not going to deal with people who don't know how to conduct business.
