How to bypass the email confirmation on Instagram when logging in?

So when we hack accounts and then we login,we get a email confirmation to confirm 'This was me' and then anyone knows how to bypass this because hacked accounts are useless unless we can log into them.

Or is it better when we know their location and get a proxy and then login?
Depends on what you're trying to do, why not use a vpn and spoof the location?
Here's how to bypass that :

Step 1 : Follow that account from another account.
Step 2 : Send them a message to confirm if they are active on that account. Maybe some kind of Hello or something. If it's seen, they are active.
Step 3 : If they respond back, start some conversation to keep it engaged for further 5-6 messages.
Step 4 : When they are active on their account, try to login into it using a proxy or VPN to the nearest location on web browser incognito. It has worked for me in past.

To know the location of person, check their previous photos and in one or two they must have tagged a location. Analyse most frequent location, that would be it.

I cannot confirm if it still works in 2020.

If the user isn't active on his account and no longer login. There isn't any bypass to it without getting into his/her email or SE'ing the IG support team with some god like SE.

Also why did you say to keep the convo open for 5-6 messages does that have a relation to getting logged in successfully or is it just to not raise suspicious?

And what about private accounts, how will we know their location?
