You can milk a guy simply by always having something that he wants. You need something to keep him coming back for more. Double-dipping is not milking.

To give you an example of how I used to milk guys, I used a simple progression strategy:

Pics>Videos>Custom pics>Custom videos>Dick rating>Sexting>GFE (Girlfriend experience)

Everything after pics and videos was basically automated because I had everything where I could just copy and paste it. No real work at all.
