Hello,
Since past few months whenever i get payment through ETH , the balance get disappeared from my Coinbase Commerce account. Happened with me many times.
3 days before my customer sent me $300 of ETH , and today i checked my coinbase commerce account and i dont see any balance, The transaction is already confirmed.

What can i do to get my money back? I tried contact support but i never get a proper reply from them, its like robots are replying mails.
