I have physical access to a computer and I am wondering what to do next.

I looked at my files and I am mounted to an address: internal.company.co.uk\

Task manager is disabled, but i could find some of the apps installed:
Securus XT
Autodest Desktop App
DTS Audio COntrol panel

I have some open usb ports and access to the machine ( HP Elitedesk 800 G1 USDT )
I also have the serial number and the product number of the machine
OS is Microsoft Win10 Education with version 10.0.17134 Build 17143

SSH is installed

All other details from "system information" available upon request

CMD is disabled and so are .bat and .cmd files not sure about powershell though?
I have the username and password of an account but the PC is not 100% dedicated to that account
