It looks to me you got scammed. They must of swiped all that money from you.

If you need a web wallet, you could try https://mymonero.com/

In any event, it's always better to just stick to a hardware wallet. Why did you need to withdraw the funds from your Binance wallet?

Website is super sketchy... run that addy and tx ID through a block explorer unless its s private tx.
