For those of you who aren't aware, the seller opened a dispute on me already. I replied to it and now decided to open a dispute aswell, so I will copy paste my reply and paste it here. Cba rewriting everything lol.

1. Method clearly states to be autopilot & to be taking advantage of casino bonuses. I can start off by saying that the method is as the user Deathy explained, a martingale system. The seller of this method, Tomek, states that I'd have to use this system for about a week before I unlock & be able to use the casino bonuses.

Seller attacked me as soon as he noticed that my account wasn't placing bets on the website/game. Once I was away to eat lunch, the other I was at the gym. I was not available to leave everything I do IRL just to go home and restart this.. which again.. should be AUTOPILOT.
Last time he got on my nerves and yeah, you can read the chat between me and him on discord last night, check time stamps aswell.

So to summarize this: Method clearly states it being taking advantage of casino bonuses, but I have to use his autobet settings (not even script) for a week before I unlock these bonuses. It's a martingale system.

Method clearly states that it's autopilot. But according to the seller, Tomek, I should be available 24/7 at my PC to monitor it in case it stops, so that I can restart it. If I don't do this, I don't earn and then I break the terms of our contract (?). To explain this for any kids, Papa Taap basically needs to take some snow (adults only) and stay up 24hours per day for a week before he unlocks the casino bonuses. Method requires this, life's not easy, let's move on.

* I am away from my PC and am not able to monitor the method running or if it stops. It's weekend at 10:25pm and I am hanging out with an old friend.
I then get attacked & threatened by the seller, Tomek, that I break contract terms. So he wants me to drop everything I am doing, take a 20minute drive home & restart his method - which should've been autopilot AND should've been a method taking advantage of casino bonuses but all Im running is a martingale system.

I never refused to use the method, I never said I don't have the time. What happened is that I was running it and then left to meet & hangout with a friend. Then it stopped and then seller wanted me to go home to restart it. It was around 10:20pm last night. That's not reasonable at all.

Also this: "yet the user has time to play games for over 2 hours". I didn't. I was away hanging out with a friend. I clearly told the seller that I am botting WoW, this runs on autopilot and doesn't require me to play the game myself or monitor the PC 24/7. http://prntscr.com/uons0m

Seller isn't delivering the promised method or enough resources for me to take advantage of the casino bonuses.

Tomek wants me to use a martingale system for a week (or more) until I am able to take advantage of the bonuses.
Tomek wants me to either monitor my PC or be available 24/7 in case the autobetting stops (this happens sometimes), and he threatens me to open a dispute in case I am not available 24/7 to monitor or restart the autobetting in case it stops.
Tomek basically wants me to be his b*tch & do whatever he wants, when he wants it and swallow with no whining, take drugs to stay awake and to not have a life where I meet friends, family, go to the gym etc. Because I need to monitor/be available 24/7 to manually restart his autopilot method, in case it stops.

None of this is included in the contract.

I used a MM for the deal so I'm good, but you're absolutely right. I should start checking these things before dealing, even with a MM.

I was suspicious and check him and then decide to use MM, and didn't have any problems at all.
It's look like exit scam, but in same time he try to work out with customers (or just take much money as possible).
I'm not smart, hard to decide.

We had a fair deal, I had no issues for you receiving your money as you kept your part of the deal (thats why we are in a good relationship now, atleast thats what I think).
But on the other side taap is not willing to keep his part of the deal and therefore the only one trying to scam is he.
It will be sad if Zexi send any money to this blatant scammer

I state yesterday in CA about you that I really didn't have any problem to get my money back, but anyway in terms which was in my contract I was protected very well, what is not case in few disputes about you, as contract terms are shit.

Thats the Terms of our contract

I will send the funds to MM. As soon as he confirms the funds received, the seller will set me up with the method. I will then run the method with an $200-300 initial investment (safe way) and when I've earned $300 in profits, the MM will release funds to the seller.


Therefore he is not running the method anymore and he is clearly breaking the terms.
