Data can be anonymized for all I care. I don't need user info, origins, emails or phone numbers. I just care about the transactions and the size of the dataset.
Think about your local retailer or a small chain's dataset.
I've been looking on data.world, kaggle.com and datasetsearch.research.google.com. But haven't found anything to my likening.

- Needs at least 5 years of transaction history
- Needs to have a serious amount of transactions (a couple a day on average preferably)
- Preferably a SQL format, but willing to convert other formats myself.
