Dear HF,

Just because I do not know who to tell it to, I decide that you need to hear this.

After 3 interviews with 3 different people and a personality assesment, I have landed myself a job with a 45% salary increase in base salary only.

If I were to calculate with the bonus of On Target Earnings, meaning only if I reach my target - it would be a total increase of 89.9% in salary.

For me, this is a step up and I am happy that I chose to pursue it.

If you want something, go and pursue it. It will be worth it at some point!

If anybody is interested, this job is within sales of software for a rather big company.
