As some members here might recall there used to be this Minecraft series made by davidangel64 called X's Adventures in Minecraft, this series started on the 4th of August 2010 and ended in late 2011 with some individual videos made in the years to follow.
Now, ten years and a bit later davidangel64 has finally shared a copy of his Minecraft world, although it not being the most up-to-date version I thought I would share this gem as some members here might have an interest in this world.

Note that this world file is a backup from a midway point in XAIM's timeline, but it is not the most up-to-date version. There is no Death Mountain Station in this version, for example. (Though, if you remember the way, and you're playing on a suitable version of the game (one with Alpha world generation), there might be something—something very small, mind you—to find at Death Mountain.)
What about the up-to-date version of the original X's Adventures in Minecraft world? That one may be lost to time. If I find it someday, maybe I'll release that one, too. But that's not likely.
Perhaps it is best we all appreciate the world file we have here, and realize that it is okay for some things to remain solely in memory.
Ah, XAIM. Still teaching lessons even to this day. /salute

The zip file contains a folder named "World1" (without the quotes). Back up your own saves/worlds first to make sure you don't overwrite your own world(s) somehow, then put the folder from the .zip file into your AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves directory and load up an alpha version of Minecraft. Later versions of Minecraft may work, but I don't think I've done much testing in that regard. The Minecraft community is smart, though; I'm sure you folks can figure this all out. :)
Thanks, everyone.
