Hey there, it looks nice. Some things I noticed:
1) Give a distinct menu, bigger letter in order to be in the front
2) after pressing search, you can exit through esc (which is ok) but the X icon is on the bottom left, you could change to top left or right. Also there is a loading there without pressing any letter, so it loads what?
3) Draw some lines or give some different colors at the fotter section in order to be distinct from the rest of the content
4) Hide the tweets if there are none of them, at least until you got some content there.

Site takes a bit to load on mobile, not sure if my connection but maybe worth looking into your google speed stats for mobile.
Other then that the site looks very clean on mobile and like the colors a lot!

I like the minimalistic feel that Veen gets through.

I don't think you should add a divider to the footer, I like how it's just there.

The only thing I don't like off the bat is the green color, it doesn't quite match the blue-purplish color you are using.
