Cyber Coder started as a naive kid. But he's been offering his services for many years, so at one point it probably became a marketing strategy to reassure other naive kids.

I mean they have been in this field for a longtime, almost longer than anyone on HF now, they were one of the biggest in this industry, i don't know how they got them if not due to the Scanner and the servers they were using to host their website

And i don't think adding "Educational purpose only" will help them once they get caught especially after selling to so many ppl over the years
