I sleep enough at night (10-11 hours), I exercise, and drink coffee to try and further help me, but it just doesn't work?
Idk what to do, and it kills my productivity. I have plenty of stuff to do that I just can't because I'm so tired
Sleeping 10-11 hours could be the exact reason you're tired. It IS possible to sleep too much.
Perhaps drop the coffee, too.
aint my sig design skills sick?

Do you wake up feeling refreshed after that 10-11 hour sleep? Are you taking anything whether it's pharmaceutical or natural to aide you in falling/staying asleep?

Yeah I feel refreshed. I used to take SSRI's, but I don't anymore. I don't take anything now.

Shorten the amount of hours you sleep for. I think it's anywhere from 3-4 REM cycles is all you need to feel "refreshed". But a cycle can be anywhere from ~70-120 min depending on the person.
I think you're getting too many sleep cycles or waking up in the middle of one.

Vouch for the above. I am guilty of stimulation through coffee and energy drinks but when your tired actually it makes you messy.
Your tired because your over sleeping most likely. You need to get that adrenaline pumping more. My advice is do some vitamin pickups, smash yourself up.
If you want to really do to town on it all I take B12 injections sometimes, along with other stuff like clem.
But get lavender oil to sleep deeper for recovery, sleep for less but sleep in solid cycles... When you wake up first time.. Get up
If you want further advise or help DM. I can wake up a dormant volcano... Aka this wife haha but seriously hmu

You might have a vitamin (B?) shortage, I have no idea because I'm not a doctor :P
You should probably visit a doctor to make sure.
stopping sleeping 11 hours a night is the best way
7 hours of sleep is the time you need for a good night's sleep
sleep at a fixed time and not drink coffee after 5 p.m.
also checking your diet if you are deficient in vitamin ca can have a very bad effect on you
eat fruits and vegetables
Yep all about vits brother... Makes a difference.
Do a flush drink water, eat or take vits and build immunity.
Sleep more intense and shorter, if you still struggling after that check hormones and maybe boost them, if still nothing, try working on self esteem, if still nothing go with clem and other droids. If still nothing.... Move to Columbia

Coffee and too much sleep, not sure where you got the idea from, but too much of anything is hurtful.

10-11H of sleep is WAY too much. Try adjusting your sleep shedule. Reduce to 7-9 hours a day.

Have you tried going for a check up?
Maybe you can have your pottasium level check.
Do you snore or wake up tired? Might be sleep apnea.
