Gary Oak has Disputed a Contract with Uzir ( 4317260 )

Went looking for an adobe cc all apps license key and the seller contacted me with a price, I agreed and didn't consider how the contract was a bit weird at the end.

Started me out with an account on a trial membership instead of a license key (Trial Membership is 7 days free and then some $ a month). Fair enough since it wasn't in the contract, as long as it works, right?. The trial account has a membership continuation for 1 month (with a linked credit card but failed transaction). As such, the license stopped working today.

I contacted and notified the seller of this issue on the 12th of December already asking him about it, and since then, no response. I know the seller has 9 open disputes, and this will just add another.

Deal with caution and Happy New Year folks.

Did you not see the amount of open disputes he had?

I read all of the disputes. This is the question everyone asks in all of his disputes, it should be mentioned that some of us dealt with him when he had fewer disputes and he was responding to those disputes looking to 'resolve' them.

Yeah it’s the question everyone asks because it’s an clear indicator that he’s a fkin scammer..I don’t know if it’s rocket science to lookup a UID / see their disputes but it blows my mind when someone gets scammed with 10 disputes and than comes here with a surprised pikachu face.

Regardless if he had 1 or 10 disputes prior and he was “resolving” them, you should’ve used a middleman.
Not trying to sound like an asshole but this could’ve been avoided SOOO easily.

What would a middleman have helped? He went first.

Yes, it could have been 'avoided', but it's a measly $ 20, I didn't start this dispute for your pity nor with a hope that he would solve the dispute.

I didn't come here with a 'surprised Pikachu face', please stop posting generic trash that can be copy-pasted from any other dispute. Not trying to be an asshole, just saying.

Not going to waste my energy on this but you could’ve secured the account + stopped the deal with the MM when he didn’t deliver the product and you see that the account is a trial.

Overall tho. 10 disputes and you decided to deal with him? What did you expect? Not sorry for your loss, open your eyes next time scout and yes a Mm could’ve worked..

Again, he didn't have 10 disputes, and you didn't even bother to look at the contract nor look at what went wrong before you posted, so obviously you're not that in-depth that you yourself would have even looked nor reviewed the open disputes he has.

I'm not asking you to be sorry for my loss.

I was looking to do a quick deal, thus MM was out of the question, plus the amount is negligible to me. You're simply trying to come up with magic on how I could have avoided the dispute, instead of realizing that there were reasons for why I did take precisely the precautions I did and not the ones you wanted me to.

The dispute is not because I was not satisfied with the product, I am not satisfied with him breaking the terms of the contract, since it says 3 months warranty but I had the product for 1 month. Due to him not responding the warranty has been broken by seller.
