I'm going to re open this post again I am a rookie at this niche but can get registered members if the management of the forums is going right and is consistent with different content every few hours (for SEO reasons). I am not looking for just anyone, I am looking for someone who is dedicated, passionate, and looking not only for short term gain but overall long term (checking in every so often is key). I am looking for a co-owner of the site and a head management personnel that will help push this fishy fish forums.

I contacted this guy because my friend has a lot of knowledge about fish and we could work together.

He blocked me because it was a "short time" goal, while it wasn't at all.
