How can I send a web link (a web page) to open on the victim's phone that has spy max v.2 installed? I think you have to type a command in the Shell Terminal but I don't know exactly. Thanks!

I tried on 3 phones with android 7, 9 and android 10 and I receive the same message:

You need root to be able to do that I believe
