If you must know GPUi's were getting 30 fps with all RTX features on a 2080ti. WITH DLSS. It only took me 10 sec to copy and paste your question in duckduckgo to find out that cyberpunk 2077 runs like shit on 2k series GPU's. If the 3k series ever gets restocked it will probably run way better at high settings. Apparently not until May is the stock problem going to be fixed...maybe.
