How do YOU sort and store your magic cards?

I ask, because I have 20k+ cards and I am in desperate need of some sorting. I am already in the process of using binders for rares and mythics, and I have lots of BCW boxes, but I want to do something for the commons and uncommons.

Because there are so many cards I have to sort through, I lose the concentration and motivation to keep me going. How should I BEGIN to sort through so many cards?

Go by set first. I sold my collection back in 2016-ish and regardless it takes a lot of time. However, you can go though the good sets first with the better and more expensive cards. Also don't use binders they kind of destroy the value of cards.
