I want to know about a good method/tool for generating password list based on a word. For example we have a name "Elon" I want generate passwords such as
Elon12345 , Elon123456 , [email protected]

Since a super quick google didn't turn anything over, you could always try generating a list with the last bit and then inserting your word of choice in the beginning.

I have googled it but results are useless and brings no thing of what I need. Could you tell me more & how ?

Changing a few words in my search turned up this. IDK how well it will work, but from the .gif on the page it looks promising for what you are looking for.

check on github, there are plenty of projects that will do what you are asking
