All you have to do is download the client from here:

Once you have installed/run it - simply right click the icon and open advanced viewer.
Then click Configure + choose a name and enter the team number "1060014"

For anyone wanting to know what it is:

Folding@home is a distributed computing project aimed to help scientists develop new therapeutics for a variety of diseases by the means of simulating protein dynamics. This includes the process of protein folding and the movements of proteins, and is reliant on simulations run on volunteers' personal computers.

Keep in mind the team stats will appear after 1 work unit so give it a bit before your username shows up there.

Nope. No minimum requirements. Just adequate cooling for your rig.

It does run AVX though, so I recommend setting an AVX offset if you're OC'd.

Anything over a few K points per day even on light folding power is PLENTY. It's like if everyone gave a few cents it adds up A LOT.

My average points on my new rig at full power is 552,673 points per day.

Oh god, my craptop gets just over 3.2k points per day...gonna push it over to my TV machine and server too...we'll see what it adds up to...

Ooooh, that looks really nice, I have seen that case before and I would actually want to build in it too but that doesn't fit my budget...both money wise and space wise :P

I actually lied, let it run for a bit to calculate actual rates - it's around 840,000 points per day.
