Hey everyone, thought I'd share my analysis on $CCIV considering the recent rise & fall.

Posted in my discord group on January 11th 2021 (Hence some information has changed).

CCIV rumours reported by Bloomberg to be in merger talks with Electric vehicle maker Lucid Motors Inc. (THESE ARE ONLY RUMOURS AS OF NOW) *Now confirmed

- Lucid Motors targets the luxury side of the EV market with an average cost of $70K USD a sedan . Their current CEO of Lucid Motors, Peter Rawlinson, was the former VP of Engineer at Tesla.

-  Lucid Motors currently has 1,510 employees listed on LinkedIn, I am estimating around 1,800 employees total (accounting for those not listed on LinkedIn).

- This is a transaction would be valued at $15 Billion. If confirmed, I expect a signed LOI within the next few days-weeks for this merger.

- In terms of links between both managements, Andrew Liveris is on the Board of Directors of Lucid Motors as well as being an Operating Partner for Churchill Capital IV. This could give us more confidence to believe that these rumours are true. https://www.lucidmotors.com/company/board/

- The company had planned (and opened https://www.lucidmotors.com/stories/cons...v-factory/) a $700 million factory for the mid 2020s where 2,000 employees would work to build 130,000 cars to a total of 380,000 per year.

- In terms of funding the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia announced a funding valued at over $1 billion in 2018 (they around own half of Lucid) . This allowed for the engineering and testing of the Lucid Air model, the first-phase construction of its manufacturing plant in Casa Grande, Arizona, the commercial production of the Lucid Air, and Lucid's worldwide retail strategy, beginning in North America. - As of now it is difficult to talk about financials with the limited amount of information we have, but if we do receive confirmation a filings should be released with current and projected revenues, I will keep everyone updated!
