I believe there is a study from a while back showed that smart people are less likely to think they're smart while dumb people are more likely to believe they're smart. TL;DR: dumb people are too stupid to realize they don't know everything

Ignorance is Bliss, because when you're stupid you don't have to live with the realization that you're stupid. everyone else does.

I hate people who always think they know better / are better than you, get down to earth and your head out your ass, I appreciate actual criticism when is given in a proper way, but most people don't know shit.

it's amazing when people recite wrong things even though you've researched the topic before it was ever mainstream, crypto and hacking are both great examples. You don't see me telling a doctor "no you're wrong I need this medicine" because I know better lol.

A friend of mine always thinks I'm giving excuses for things I say or do but in reality I'm just giving him the logic behind what I say or do.

For example two days ago I was in a group chat and we were talking about a game where we had to copy the files to a specific path/folder that's hidden, they had a file that contains the path where you simply copy and paste it in the search bar but I know the exact path without the need to look at the folder which will take me sometime to go online and login to one drive and search for the file. I told them I know where it is but they thought I'm trying to play smart and lie about but in reality I know it because I've dealt with the same thing multiple times, so I was explaining how I know this which is because I did the same thing many times and also used to always read books and watch tutorials about IT and programming.

At the end they kept saying oh yeah sure such a true story as if I'm lying but for all I know they are just dumb thinking I lie because I know a bit more than them. They think those are excuses to pretend I know more than them.
