Hello all thanks for taking the time to read my post, today I would like to talk about the subject of: How does conflict lead to change?
I believe existing conflict can lead to positive change in the world, wars, revolutions, poverty, discrimination, and domestic violence I will focus on two primary classes, people bound by mutual interests and a certain degree of property ownership. In an ideal world who gets the control over resources and power?
The elites, at the top of the pyramid is a small group of elites that dictate the terms and conditions to the larger portion of society. Uneven distribution within society was predicted to be maintained through ideological coercion. Conflict leading to change assumes that the elite will set up systems of laws, traditions, and other societal structures in order to further support their own dominance while preventing others from joining their ranks. As the working class and poor were subjected to worsening conditions, a collective consciousness would raise more awareness about inequality as this will result in revolting(conflict) within the inner workings of the primary classes as they clash towards freedom(change).
Revolution is the only solution.
What is freedom?
freedom is all about how one is supposed to be living without the constraints of how other think about his character ,social status and his choices he make to lead a happy life that he thinks off.

What is 'freedom'?
Freedom is the ability to make your own choices. Being able to decide what you do, how you do it and when you do it - without reporting or needing the permission of another being or entity. Freedom is being able to go outside for a walk, eat at a restaurant or even fall in love with another person. Freedom is rights, speaking without a filter or being forced to be something or someone you are not.
But to what extent does 'freedom' exist and how do we really know what freedom is if we've never really been free? And to what do we compare our version of freedom to in order to get this idealistic view on it? And how do we know if we're truly not trapped?
Just kidding.
Thank you for this opportunity, good luck to everyone who enters. Take care!
How does conflict lead to change?
Conflict sometimes leads to change. It allows two or more sides to air their grievances or list demands peacefully or violently. It gives the opposition an opportunity to cease the opposed actions or to meet demands. It facilitates negotiations and resolutions. Then, at times, an agreement cannot be settled upon and the stronger opponent defeats the weaker opponents.
Thanks for this great contest ,

How does conflict lead to change?
Without conflict, there would be no change, people will would not seek solutions if there is no problem. If there was no conflict between countries world war had not happen.
The LORD is my strength and shield.
How does conflict lead to change?
Conflict in workplace for example, may be with a manager and a higher up manager. The lower manager disagrees with the superior manager, but eventually is seen on why the higher managers decision for a X scenario works correctly. The conflict the managers had with one another, eventually leads to one manager opening there eyes better, and seeing why the decision was right, leading them to working it out to bettering for the workplace.
When is it appropriate to challenge the beliefs or values of society?
Provided that beliefs or values of society are immoral or are not in the best interests of society itself, they should be challenged. Such beliefs or values will be defended upon questioning and if they can not be defended well, then they should be changed. Belief systems shape the values which one will hold close to them which is why they should be questioned and debated. It is healthy to question everything, especially the norm. Challenging beliefs are usually not widely accepted by society, so it is in the best interest of the challenger to very closesly examine and understand the subject(s) at hand and portray their thoughts to the public in a non-provoking way. Your own beliefs should be scrutinized in order for you to conclude that they are worthy of shaping your values. In conclusion, it is always appropriate to challenge the belifes or values of society. True evil prevails when good men do nothing.

What is freedom?
I think freedom is more the ability to do what you want without any negative repercussions/consequences; based on my definition, a rich person is more free in a 3rd world country compared to a developed country as they really can do what every they want without fear of arrest, or being cancelled, or hurt.
Developed countries pride themselves on being "free" but this "free" is actually quite limited as its constrained by the country (i.e you cannot speed, you cannot say things without being "cancelled").

I believe ying yang principals and as such one persons freedom is directly correlated to another repression somewhere in the world. For every action there is a equal reaction.

What is art and its function in our lives?
I would always think of it this way - there is no point defining art but what we should ask ourselves is what can art be.
It is present in every corner of our existence. One can really stand out and make an art form out of anything really.
Expressionism takes it to an all time high, but it can also be viewed in any of things that are defined as "regular" such
as craftsmanship.
Art is an essential component in our lives simply because of the empowering quality it has to it. :)
I would love to get upgraded to L33T. Thanks for hosting this giveaway and I am wishing luck to everyone participating!
What is the relationship between privacy, freedom, and security?

How does conflict lead to change?
If your husband was going down the pub every night and coming home drunk, without conflict he wouldn't change his behaviour, but if you was to have an argument about spending his nights in the pub instead of at home with the wife, he probably would consider changing to be a better person.
without conflict theres a 50/50 chance of no change
