I will never consider any offer below $800 because while I do not care very much about being hassled, I am still not enough of a fool to sell my account for any price below $800.

The reason as to why I am open to sell my account:
Spoiler (Click to View)The 2019 preseason (the preseason before this recent one) hit me quite hard. I almost stopped playing completely since December 2019 (if not a bit before) and have been, more or less, away from League for a year now since then. Match history and the amount of matches played since then has been dramatically decreased and may be proven (and manifested) very easily. While I love League of Legends and have played the game for very many years of my life, it is unfortunately not a game that I want to continue playing as I lost my prime 3-4 years ago (around Season 6) and have only become worse at the game ever since. I am the type of person who prefers not to continue playing a game where I do not see personal improvement. Furthermore, I do not have the time nor dedication to fully focus on improving and rather watch streams on Twitch, play very casual games (such as Among Us, Pummel Party and Phasmophobia) with friends. With other words, I have become a boomer. I doubt that I am ever able to wake the same interest for League as I once had in the long past. It may sound sad, but it is true and I have accepted it as it is.
If you are wondering how I own the latest skins ever since (December), the answer is very simple: I had dozens of Skin Shards before December and dozens of RP banked. I simply kept gifting content to collect Skin Shards (in particular) and I keep re-rolling whenever new skins are released - I shall continue to do so until I completely run out of Skin Shards and banked RP. The banked RP is on a smurf for various reasons and if I happen to sell my account before I run out of banked RP, I plan on distributing any leftover banked RP to my close surroundings that still somewhat play League.

Pretty decent TFT (Teamfight Tactics) collection.
Extremely good LoR (Legends of Runeterra) level + collection, I basically owned all cards up to the Targon Expansion and can afford a dozen more. Beta Season = Gold Rank | Season of Plunder (first season) = Master (max rank). If I recall correctly, I reached Diamond very quickly the season after that, but I just stopped playing all of a sudden, so cannot recall much. Played on my phone to kill time, not a big deal in my case.
Extremely great Wild Rift (Legends of Legends on Mobile) rank, I am basically Top 0.02% in all of EU (which is around Rank 200-250). Beta Season (Season 0) = Emerald IV (which is the new tier between Platinum and Diamond) | Season 1 (current season) = Diamond IV. Also not a big deal for me, only played on my phone because it was (and still is) brand new and to kill time.

I am not certain. I have no experience in selling an account of mine with such value ever before - I have therefore no clear "lowest price" in my head, though I doubt that I would ever accept any offer that is of $800 or lower since I believe that I am able to manage finding a Swedish citizen that would be interested in purchasing my account for less than $800 - which would make the entire transaction nearly instant and smooth. The renowned payment method in Sweden reveals the identity of both parties, substantially flattening any doubts on either end while rendering most scams pointless (if ever intended) almost completely pointless.

No worries, you are not sales-trashing, you are only stating the obvious (which is the latter).

Tens of thousands of people (if not more) conducts transactions ranged from a few cents up to thousands of dollars depending on the value or quantity even when there are risks similar to what you just mentioned - such as Runescape, League of Legends, Steam (CS:GO, DOTA and whatnot), Origin (Apex and whatnot), UPlay (Rainbow Six: Siege and by its likes) accounts - on a daily basis and with every transaction.

I spared some of my own spare time to provide details revolving around my account alongside screenshots and my motive to prove my intention (which may be further proven by manifesting several factors and logs that I contain - may be provided to a potential yet invested buyer).
There is a rather clear reason for me to having done so, though that is perhaps just myself speaking from my own perspective.
Trust is, unfortunately, a required factor in such transactions. If a potential buyer is unable to trust my motive after being provided with all the possible and conclusive proof that one is capable of providing, then that buyer will always struggle (and most likely fail) to conduct such a transaction, hence why the latter part of your post was but an obvious statement.
