If you want to start a conversation on a particular topic, why can't you just use the main chat? What is the benefit of separating chats? I would imagine that would cause the main chat to have less activity.

Well it could be a topic that people in chat could somehow vote so it forms a main topic then other people could join.

I don’t think the convo room is nearly active enough for this to be a reasonable implementation. I could be completely wrong, just my personal opinion. I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 35 people in there at once and that’s being generous.

Yes, if there were 200 of us screaming on our keyboards in that convo room I would definitely vote for this feature 🤣, at 200+ people it’d be the only way to have a decent conversation with people in there
