Does the account use 2FA? Do you have the phone number related to the account? What's your experience with Social Engineering?

I would have no idea if it uses 2FA, but the person is not very tech savvy so I wouldn't be surprised if not. I have no experience with social engineering.

Assuming you mean the real email, yeah of course you can just reset the password and then log in.
