Need Oracle contact details to sell software.

I have a drive wiping software i have been working on for well over a year that is a full automated software for drive wiping. It wipes the drive, creates logs and a certificate. It can work with 100s of drive at a time and was designed for security and proof of data destruction. It has a very modern Google GUI...... anyway i think my partner does not have my best interests at heart and i was the one who started this project and let him in on it a while ago. I need a backup plan to ensure this can work in my favor. Anyway i know for a fact that larger software companies would buy this up in a heart beat as its a one of a kind software and completely makes things like Killdisk look outdated. Anyone to get to the point ive hit a wall when it comes to getting contact details for any large software companies. Which leads to me this forum :). Can anyone help with this request i can help out with some money when i sell the software. I know the software will be an easy sale as long as iam talking to the correct person.
Just some ideas, not ideal, but may bring you a step closer:

- go via regular contact, asking to give you an email of the right person to speak to
- via developer community, devs may see and point to to the right contact (here: https://community.oracle.com/tech/developers )
- via email-bruting, i.e. i found out via their dev-blog one guy called "Jeff Smith", maybe try to mail to [email protected] as example
- many employes have twitter, shouldn't be hard to find one who has pm's open (make sure to keep the initial message short, like a two liner, this uppers the chance to be read/seen. Example: "Hi, i have developed a major Software and i believe that oracle may be interested to check this out. Could you please name me the right contact to get in touch with? Thank you.")

In reality though, requests from a single person (not company) are much harder to reach through with.
Usually you would already have a company around your product and some revenue in sales. Without that,
it becomes much harder (but not impossible!!).

Maybe check these, these reads go more into detail about the regular way:
