This is just my experience, so I do not advise anyone to invest the money he can not afford to lose. Heck even follow me.
So I love dips, every time dip happens most coins tend to follow the bitcoin and if you follow it for day by day trading, you can make some good money and quickly:
I am trading on Binance and during the dip I bought:
XRPDOWN
TRXDOWN
Quite risky coins but they do follow the BTC, and in the matter of few hours, I am up 40% on each of the coins on my investment.
Just a quick note what I do During dips I do not tend to buy coins at a cheaper price or sell them all, yet again at a cheaper price.
That is what most people do.
Meh instead buy some coin that gets bigger when the main coin goes down.
Pros:
Quick Money
Cons:
You have to stay in front of your PC and follow the market
How do I know when to stop & when to start.
I tend to start when I see BTC falls for example 5-10% so I start buying some DOWN coins - in a matter of minutes they tend to go down quite fast and I am up 5-10%.
Now that said, my limit is 25% loss, if the coin goes up and I lose more than 25% of my investment I just sell it at a loss.
If I am for example at a 20% gains/win, i set a stop limit at a 5% win... If I am at a 40% gain, my stop limit is 15%... and so on
So you can limit your losses as these coins are quite risky. Use stop-limits.
Just a quick money-making method for all of you investing. Still risky, still need to follow the dip, but just thought I would share it.
I surely do not advise anyone to invest in cryptocurrency - as the whole industry is quite risky.
