Binaural Beats (Frequency Therapy)

Anyone here interested in or currently using frequency therapy in their daily lives?

Personally, they help me focus, keep me productive, and some help me unwind after a long day at work. Here's one example:

Hmm similiar to the music if not the same they use in those space meditation videos

Music was supposed to be 432 Hz but after the Music Industry got 'evil' (for those who know what I mean), they decided to make the default songs at 440 Hz which is unconsciously making us uncomfortable, but not in a 'nasty' way, but more as in non-relaxed state of mind.

Different Hz for different 'treatments'. It's a very interesting research to do.

Definitely. Different frequencies, different purposes.

Yes, the more popular meditation videos sometimes does not specify the frequency they used so I research which frequency does what and look them up on YouTube.

They also have music focused towards sleep therapy as well.

It's some pretty interesting stuff and I'd definitely be open to trying it. Wonder if we all need the same frequencies or whether there's a way to test which frequency we should be using?

I used to listen to a specific Binaural Beats video on YT every time I had a headache and it used to miraculously go away. Last time I had a strong headache was a long time ago, but if I experience it again, I'll probably try and watch the video again lol.
Used to listen to this a lot back in the days, i think it was called brainwave something with alpha gamma n such. Helped me get to sleep real good

I used to be interested in this but then my schizo behavior told me the government made these to dumb people down.
