The content is hard to read, you use comma's but you do not hit that enter button often enough I think.
Sentences seem to be going on continuously and there isn't a summary of the Pros/Cons or the 'requirements' that you need.

< "... and motivation to be..." (Money is always the motivation, for most members)

But where are the requirements, such as (Skills with Excel or Google Analytics) or whatever.
Be more precise when writing content such as requirements and / or "looking for ..." content.

Also, to make it more appealing for serious members. Please put in any price.
I don't think members like to work for free (commission based) until you are making bank.
