Windows, but it should be doable on there as well.. Right?
Or I can setup a VM dedicated to do this instead, im fine with that.

I know Linux better than Windows, it may be the same command structure. I will have to check. But we could set up a VM that has access to a shared folder on Windows with the files, then from there run the commands in a loop for each video in the folder :D
