Because those services actually do hard- unlocked camos and what you are providing is basically a duplication service. The camos aren't actually unlocked, they are just modded onto your custom classes.

Duplications act like any other weapon be it hard 'modded' unlocked or not, all weapons will be available with chosen camo as a blueprint thanks!

People can choose to pay $150 for a hard unlock, or pay $40 for my service and receive the same camos as a $150 provider as a duplication "blueprint"
