Are you actually able to edit the source code? Or do you only have the application?

Its Net Framework error while my Laptop Net Framework is working great with other apps.

If you do not have access to the code, you can't handle/catch this exception.

I sent you a PM.
It's not a net framework error per se, its an unhandled exception arising out of a condition that does not return the value as it should. Your query is supposed to return a number as a string which is then converted to a double. This isn't happening here, probably because the site it was querying has updated their HTML code.

Replied to your pm.
What app is it? Tell us so we can help
There are two possible ways I can think of going about this if reaching out to owner isn't a possibility
1) See if you can decompile the project and debug/fix the issue.
2) You can run a pcap and find the call being made out, you could add a hostfile entry to repoint the request to a machine you control and simply spit back the answer you need.
Fair warning though, this feels like the tip of the iceberg, I imagine this is due to you receiving an error from a server rather than actual values, as per Driz before. If that's the case, it might be easier to just find a replacement app to achieve the same goal.
You can try debugging it or if you have the source find out yourself.

where the error is occouring insert the following, this will allow error exception handling and will let you go forward:
Code try
{
//your code
}
catch (Exception ex)
{
MessageBox.Show(ex.Message);
}
to fix the error convert string to double

not a single person has the time for that scenario
