This is set to use 50% CPU. The % you use has to be based around the number of cores your CPU has. It cannot use partial cores. So an 8 core CPU cannot be set to 20%. Also don't forget to change your wallet address as well as the mining URL.
The line you'd need to change is "max-threads-hint": 50" line.
