86 has been the most emotional show I've seen in a very long time, every episode leaves you as a ball of emotion that normal shows just can't reach. Tokyo Revengers has twists that catch you off guard while getting you attached to the potential death of the characters. Nagatoro is unexpectedly cute and it just overall a high quality show.
Nothing this season stood out as a great show reading the synopsis but this is why I only watch seasonal shows, you will always find something you didn't expect.

That's a pretty high opinion. Maybe I'll have to give a few shows a chance. I was really, really underwhelmed when I saw the list but seems like a lot of people have pretty high opinions of a # of shows.

Yeah absolutely zero expectations this season and my second favorite show this season Tokyo Revengers I only started because of a YouTube clip.
If you like emotional shows 86 is hard to beat.

I've never seen it but I'll probably add it on my watchlist, I haven't found anything good this season personally.

Give 91 days a go. It’s An anime on the US prohibition back in 1920 and it was more fun that I imagined. Defo an underrated anime

Ratings look good as well; the best of the bunch this season, well not Nagatoro, but that's due to the same haters from MHA.
Looks like 86 has an episode left for this season, then I'll binge it :)
Added this to my list. Sounds worth it!

Nothing looks fantastic, but everything looks enjoyable to me.
Tokyo revengers is by far the best anime this season. I got hooked up straight away and each episode has been fire. Though I’d recommend watching it uncensored

A lot of scenes are either cut or cropped, episode 5 specifically was horrible in terms of censorship. It’d be interesting to see how they’re gonna tackle the censorship in future episodes because the Manji symbol is going to be literally everywhere.
