This is a good point. If he went to trial he'd get off easy. Not much reason to kill yourself if you've got a safety net made of money.

Was murdered. He would have sat in a jail cell the rest of life and been okay with it. He would have considered it a new adventure. The guy was amazing imho. He was killed because he had a big mouth and they didn't want to see him open it in a court. The government doesn't like to look bad.
