Can I sell for other members?

Yes, we allow partnerships with non-members. If you're selling for an existing member you both cannot advertise the same service or product.

I'd like to attempt to resell a member's off-site service on this forum, but would like to understand how to comply/configure the contracts.

Is there a specific way to approach this? I considered possibly the 'Middleman' text entry field would be compliant with policy.

Or is it simply taking the contract responsibility for the sale?

I would assume it's the same as proxy-selling for another hf user, you take responsibility of the contracts and any dispute.

Also, you make sure that you're not reselling for a closed member. I might be wrong, but I think it's not allowed to sell for closed members who were closed for DDs.

Staff should have a more clear answer tho.

It is simply taking on contract responsibility and becoming the seller just like any other good/service listed in the marketplace. As the name proxy seller implies, you are still the seller to end users.
