That's a good point...I've seen onion emails posted here....I would assume that's also dissalowed but maybe not.

If Omni wants to run his own website then he should probably also declare what goes and what doesn't. Here it is 100% certain that darkweb-links are allowed and not against the rules.

I'm sure darkweb-links are allowed but obviously sites that are malicious in all kinds of different and often disgusting ways should be banned, but that has nothing to do with darkweb, I'm sure that goes for the clearweb too. I don't visit the TOR-network so I don't care, but I'd hate to see people getting banned for posting an onion-link to Protonmail, CNN, Facebook etc.
